Jio has declared that it will charge clients for requiring the IUC (Interconnect Usage Charge) charge on every single active call to different systems for the present. The IUC charge set by TRAI is right now at 6 paise every moment and Jio will pass this cost to its clients on the off chance that they are calling somebody from another administrator. Jio has concocted a couple of IUC plans that clients can buy to make calls to different systems. The new Jio guidelines have been actualized from Wednesday.

Jio IUC plan for now

Jio is offering four new IUC plans with additional information benefits. Here is every one of the plans recorded with the advantages:

- Plan Rs 10 will offer 1GB data 124 IUC minutes to none-Jio numbers.
- Plan Rs 20 will offer 2GB data 249 IUC minutes and to none-Jio numbers.
- Plan Rs 50 will offer 5GB data 656 IUC minutes and  to non-Jio numbers.
- Plan Rs 100 will offer 10GB data 1,362 IUC minutes and to none-Jio numbers.

Jio needs the TRAI to go for zero IUC charge and that is by all accounts occurring by mid-2020. While different administrators charge their clients for calls,
Jio offers free approaches to its system and thus, it needs to shoulder misfortunes as Jio pays the IUC charge for each call made to another system.

"The change to the IUC Regulations in 2017 was after significant considerations and discussions. In this foundation, the discussion paper has made Regulatory vulnerability and along these lines
Jio has been constrained, most hesitantly and unavoidably, to recoup this administrative charge of 6 paise every moment for all off-net versatile voice calls since IUC charges exist," says Jio.
