Rahul Gandhi the Congress leader was granted bail by a Gujarat court in the defamation case for calling Home Minister Amit Shah a "murder blamed", at a political race rally in Jabalpur.

The court has given the following date of hearing on December 7.

Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi landed in Ahmedabad on Friday morning for showing up in nearby courts regarding two criminal maligning suits recorded against him.

After his landing in the Ahmedabad air terminal, he went directly to the city circuit house for a gathering with state Congress pioneers.

Gandhi was welcomed by NSUI and Congress laborers at different focuses. Gandhi quickly landed from his vehicle close Shahibaug to meet NSUI pioneers.

The criminal maligning suit was recorded against Rahul Gandhi for calling Union Home Minister Amit Shah a "murder blamed".

In May, another metropolitan justice had given gathers looking for Gandhi's appearance in a maligning suit documented by BJP corporator Krishnavadan Brahmbhatt for considering Shah a "murder denounced" at a political race rally in Jabalpur.

Gandhi's agree was derogatory as Shah was absolved in the Sohrabuddin Shaikh phony experience case in 2015, the complainant said.

On Thursday, the Wayanad Lok Sabha MP had shown up under the watchful eye of a court in Surat in one more criticism case and argued not liable.

This case is over his comment "for what reason do all hoodlums share the Modi surname"? made during a survey rally in front of the Lok Sabha surveys in April.
